Chocolate & Granola Parfait

This is a delicious alternative for breakfast - or a healthy desert! This dish has layers of yumminess and will be a sure winner for the young and old alike. The perfect choice to help boost your daily energy levels and delights the taste buds too!

[AU] Chocolate & Granola Parfait

Ingredients

100 g Blue Frog Mānuka Honey, Almond & Coconut Granola
160 g plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp Kai Ora Honey
40 g Whittaker's Creamy Milk Chocolate, grated
10 g Little Beauties Whole Freeze-Dried Boysenberries

Method

Step 1
Place yoghurt and cocoa powder in a small bowl and mix to combine. Add the honey and mix again, ensuring everything is smooth and creamy
Step 2
Carefully spoon a large dollop of yoghurt into your glass and sprinkle some grated chocolate on top, followed by a few spoonfuls of the granola. Repeat the layers once more and finish with a sprinkle of freeze-dried boysenberries. Delicious!
